Internal Vacancy: Business Support Manager

We’re excited to offer an internal opportunity to step into the role of Business Support Manager at Heron Hall Academy.

This is more than just a management role, it’s about being at the core of what keeps our academy running smoothly. You’ll be leading a brilliant admin team, working closely with senior leaders and supporting every area from admissions, attendance and finance to pupil welfare and front-office operations.

We’re looking for someone who understands our values, thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach. You’ll help ensure consistency and excellence in all our processes, while supporting the wider Trust with the highest standards of professionalism and care.

Your leadership will make a real difference, not just in how our academy operates day-to-day, but in how we support staff, pupils, families and each other.
