Job overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support. Under the guidance of the Cluster Business Manager, the Business Support Officer plays a key role in providing high-quality administrative and operational support across the school as part of a wider cluster.
This is a diverse and dynamic role, supporting a range of functions including PFI administration, monitoring, reporting, and compliance-focused activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative and operational support across the school and cluster
- Support PFI processes, including logging, tracking, and resolving issues
- Monitor service delivery against contractual and compliance standards
- Produce reports and analyse data for senior leadership
- Maintain accurate manual and digital record systems
- Support GDPR, health & safety, and operational compliance
- Liaise effectively with staff, stakeholders, and external partners
- Assist with HR, finance, facilities, and wider cluster administration
- Contribute to projects and provide general business support across teams
