Business Support Officer job summary

We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Business Support Officer working in the main office at Spring Grove JIN which is part of Heritage MAT.

As a Business Support Officer you will be a part of an amazing team. You will provide main reception duties and be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient customer service including dealing with enquiries from staff, students, parents, and external agencies in a courteous and professional manner.

Applicants must have a sound knowledge of an administration role, preferably within a school setting and be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently and calmly. Be able to work to tight deadlines, having excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills

Training will be available on how to use school systems such as Arbor, Access.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

This a permanent position of 34.5hrs, term time only.

Monday, Tuesday & Friday 08:30am - 3:30pm

Wednesday & Thursday 08:30am - 4:30pm
