Salary: Support Staff Pay Scale F: £24,872 to £26,981 pro-rata per annum (Actual) (£27,711 - £30,060 full time/full year equivalent)

What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualifications: ● Advice and Guidance qualification or English to grade C/4 or equivalent or good English skills

Experience: ● Experience of working with young people

Skills & Attributes: ● Excellent communication skills ● Ability to deal effectively with people, using tact, courtesy and patience ● Flexible approach ● Good IT skills ● Good organisational and time management skills ● Problem solving and analytical skills ● A logical and methodical approach to work
