The Governors of 2 successful schools within the Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust, wish to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Careers Coordinator.​

​We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated professional, who has a passion for working with children and their families, to promote positive attitudes towards Careers education so that they can make informed and effective educational, training and occupational choices. Knowledge and understanding of the Gatsby benchmarks would be essential.​

The role is shared across the 2 schools, St John’s Catholic School & Sixth Form College in Bishop Auckland and Carmel College in Darlington. ​

​The successful candidate will join our excellent support teams, working effectively with our students and families. The role will involve actively nurturing, supporting and mentoring our students to engage with Careers education and guidance in order to improve their life chances and become the best versions of themselves.​
