Are you passionate about empowering young people to discover their potential and shape their own futures? We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking CEIAG Co-ordinator to join our team and drive the day-to-day delivery of our vibrant careers programme.

Working closely alongside our designated Careers Lead and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our students are fully prepared for the world of work. From coordinating large-scale careers fairs and building relationships with local businesses to delivering impartial one-to-one triage and supporting our most vulnerable learners, your work will directly impact the aspirations and destinations of our students.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who has the human skills to inspire teenagers, combined with the administrative precision required to maintain statutory standards. You should have:

Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational, training, or youth-work setting.

Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence to act as a bridge between the school, local employers, further education providers, and parents.

Strong organisational skills to coordinate events, maintain accurate digital tracking systems, and process resource orders in line with Trust procedures.

A deep commitment to maintaining an impartial, student-centered approach to careers advice, ensuring all students are aware of the full breadth of academic, vocational, and technical pathways available to them.

A Level 6 or higher qualification in Career Guidance and Development or a formal commitment to working towards one.
