We are looking to recruit a Careers Lead to inspire students to think about their future possibilities; to aim high, motivating them in school as well as beyond, ensuring they are informed about education, training and career options.

We are looking to recruit a Careers Lead to:

  • Develop relationships with employer and others to ensure the academy fulfils its duty to students to inspire them about the world of work
  • Inspire students to think about their future possibilities, to aim high, motivate them in school as well as beyond and ensure they are informed about their options
  • Assess students current strengths and areas for development to enable them to acquire the skills valued by employers
  • As part of your wider duties and responsibilities, you are required to promote and actively support the Academy’s responsibilities towards safeguarding.
