Caretaker / Assistant Estate Manager job summary
Springfield School is looking to appoint an Assistant Estate Manager to join our team. You will be joining at an exciting time in the school's future developments, as we embark upon a rebuild of the school site in partnership with the Department for Education. Candidates will have a 'can-do' approach to work, and a strong work ethic. You will also be a good communicator and have a positive approach to work.
The successful applicant will assist the Estate Manager in the maintenance and security of the school site and premises, both during the school day and at times when the site is occupied by community hirers or for school events outside the school day.
Experience of working in a school or similar sized organisation is essential.
