- Full time: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Rota hours covering shifts 06:45 to 13:45, 08:00 to 16:00 or 11:00 to 19:00, 5 days per week

- Bucks Pay 2 - £24,879 to £26,961 per annum
What skills and experience we're looking for
Essential Criteria:
• Have worked in Caretaking, Building maintenance, Facilities, Security, including alarm systems
• Have the ability to work flexibly, independently and as part of a team
• Basic DIY skills
• Be reasonably fit to carry out the duties of the job
• Able to carry out manual handling and lifting
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions – clothing will be supplied
Desirable Criteria
• Trade qualifications e.g. Plumbing, Electrics, building, Grounds
• IOSH Trained
• Any other qualifications relevant to post
• Willingness to undertake further training
• Cleaning work
• Health and Safety
• Supervising a small team of staff
• In depth knowledge of DIY
