What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Caretaker to join our friendly team at our very busy and successful school. You will work within a team of three and duties include responsibility for all general caretaking, school security, minor maintenance, repairs and decoration works.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible, have a good understanding of the health and safety requirements of a large site and excellent communication skills. Previous experience of working in a school would be advantageous but is not essential. You will need good time management and the ability to prioritise duties and work on your own initiative. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our school site is maintained to the highest standard, to offer all of our students the best learning environment both indoors and out.
