Caretaker job summary

We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and reliable caretaker to join our friendly team.

The role includes cleaning and caretaking duties, site security, the maintenance and decoration of the buildings as well as health & safety.

The successful candidate will

• Have a friendly and helpful manner
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be a responsible keyholder
• Have DIY experience
• Have knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
