Caretaker - Site Technician job summary
We are seeking to appoint a permanent Site Technician to join and enhance a well-established site team, to work under the direction of the Site Manager. Applicants must show commitment, be reliable & adaptable and have experience in property maintenance with a qualification (level 2 or higher) in a relevant discipline. Reactive maintenance, refurbishment/improvement project work, site security and premises compliance checks are key elements to the role.
