Caretaker job summary

The Riverview Academy are looking for a hardworking, flexible colleague to join their Site Team.

 

The post will be for 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday working 6am to 11am each day (There is a need for the successful candidate to be flexible, and these actual working times may be changed as required according to schools needs. Under these circumstances, where hours need to be changed the school will give as much notice as possible) You will be paid £24,513 full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary of £16,562.84 based on 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.  

 

The purpose of this role is to support the Site Manager and Leadership Team by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including security and supervision of the site and related equipment, and other caretaking duties including porterage, cleaning and maintenance. 


Although previous experience would be preferable it is not considered essential, full training and induction will be given.
