What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in a caretaking or site maintenance role and who has a good working knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace.

Further details about the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at The Snaith Schoolas a Caretaker, and play a key role in providing a safe and welcoming environment at our school.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week all year round, with 23 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and 3 closure days at Christmas. On a rota you will work Monday to Friday on an 8 hour shift, typically on one of these working patterns:
- 6.00am - 2.30pm
- 9.30am - 6.00pm
- 11.00am - 7.30pm
- 1.15pm - 9.45pm

Your actual salary will be £25574 per annum.
