We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and approachable Caretaker to join our team.
Specific requirements:
- The post is 52.14 working weeks
- You would be expected to work during school holidays,
- Annual leave entitlement will be agreed in line with the business needs
So it is not suitable if you only want term-time-only work.
The successful candidate will need to:
Have a good working knowledge of facility management
Experience of working with contractors
Working knowledge of Health & Safety law and Fire safety law
The ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and site risk assessments
Good communication and organisational skills
DIY and handy person skills
Good computer skills
A flexible ‘solution-focused’ approach and attitude to work
