UTCN is looking to recruit a team of reliable, calm, and organized Exam Invigilators to join us for the upcoming exam season. This is an essential role that helps ensure our students have the best possible opportunity to show what they can do in a fair and supportive environment.
No prior experience is necessary. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident in the role.
What will you be doing? As an invigilator, your main priority is to maintain the integrity of the examination process. Your duties will include:
- Setting up: Helping to organize the exam hall, distributing papers, and ensuring the room is ready.
- Supervising: Observing students during exams to ensure regulations are met and preventing malpractice.
- Supporting: Answering student queries (within the rules), escorting students if they need to leave the room temporarily, and dealing with any unexpected issues calmly.
- Collecting: gathering scripts at the end of the exam and ensuring everything is accounted for.
