What skills and experience we're looking for
Benfield Sports Centre is seeking Casual Leisure Assistants to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing a high-quality service to all customers using our Sports Centre.
As a Casual Leisure Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure appropriate equipment, facilities and services are available for the implementation of the activity programme.
- Carrying out cleaning duties across allareas of the facility to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Setting up and taking down a full range of sports equipment, adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines and control measures.
We are looking for colleagues who have:
- An understanding of how to deliver quality service within a busy leisure environment.
- Physical fitness appropriate for the post which will include setting up sports equipment.
- Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with colleagues, contractors and customers.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
