What skills and experience we're looking for
- Recognized Swimming Teacher qualification (e.g. Swim England Level 2)
- Experience teaching children and/or adults in a pool environment
- Current and valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable and flexible availability to cover short-notice bookings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Poolside safety awareness and basic first aid knowledge
