What You’ll Bring to Futura
We are looking for a flexible and dedicated Teaching Assistant with the following:
Education/Qualifications
- Educated to A level or equivalent.
- Good level GCSE/O level in English and Maths.
- Industry accredited childcare qualification or teaching qualification
- Relevant 1st aid or Paediatric 1st Aid Qualification (or ability to achieve)
Experience
- Evidence of suitability to work with children and young people
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment delivering exceptional standards.
- Experience of working with early years.
- Experience in dealing with complaints and enquiries
- Cash handling experience.
- Able to demonstrate Futura values and how to live them in the workplace
Behaviours
- Management and leadership behaviours
- Ability to be self-driven and do what it takes to get the job done.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and within a common goal environment.
- Ability to be flexible within shift patterns including early mornings and later evenings.

Two Rivers CofE Primary school is an outstanding school in a new, state-of-the-art building located in the heart of the new Hygge Park development in Keynsham. We wish to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational teachers to join our happy and successful team. We have 2 fulltime teaching posts as a result of the expansion of the school; the Year group and Key stage to be taught is flexible and will be decided based on the strengths of the successful candidate.
