What You’ll Bring to Futura

We are looking for a flexible and dedicated Teaching Assistant with the following:

Education/Qualifications

  • Educated to A level or equivalent.
  • Good level GCSE/O level in English and Maths.
  • Industry accredited childcare qualification or teaching qualification
  • Relevant 1st aid or Paediatric 1st Aid Qualification (or ability to achieve)

Experience

  • Evidence of suitability to work with children and young people
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment delivering exceptional standards.
  • Experience of working with early years.
  • Experience in dealing with complaints and enquiries
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Able to demonstrate Futura values and how to live them in the workplace

Behaviours

  • Management and leadership behaviours
  • Ability to be self-driven and do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and within a common goal environment.
  • Ability to be flexible within shift patterns including early mornings and later evenings.
