💡 About the RoleAs our Teaching and Learning Lead, you will:

Provide strategic leadership of teaching and learning across all CAT academies for EYFS and KS1

Work closely with the School Improvement Director to raise the quality of education, particularly in schools requiring improvement

Design and deliver CPD and Trust-wide training via the Cheshire Learning and Teaching Alliance (CLTA)
-
Champion curriculum innovation and ensure evidence-informed pedagogy across the trust
-
Lead on the development and quality assurance of teaching, learning, and assessment frameworks

Collaborate with expert teachers to develop online and in-person resources
-
Model excellent teaching practice and contribute to teacher recruitment
This role includes movement around all of our CAT Academies. You’ll be part of a leadership team committed to collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
