💡 About the Role

As our Teaching and Learning Lead, you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership of teaching and learning across all CAT academies for EYFS and KS1

  • Work closely with the School Improvement Director to raise the quality of education, particularly in schools requiring improvement

  • Design and deliver CPD and Trust-wide training via the Cheshire Learning and Teaching Alliance (CLTA)

  • Champion curriculum innovation and ensure evidence-informed pedagogy across the trust

  • Lead on the development and quality assurance of teaching, learning, and assessment frameworks

  • Collaborate with expert teachers to develop online and in-person resources

  • Model excellent teaching practice and contribute to teacher recruitment

This role includes movement around all of our CAT Academies. You’ll be part of a leadership team committed to collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
