Working pattern: Monday to Friday. 11.30am – 1.30pm

Salary: Pathway 1, Points 2 –3, £5,021.75 - £5,105.05, (FTE £22,366 – £22,737) per annum

Your role:

As a Catering Assistant/Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and hygienically. You will assist with the delivery of hot food to classrooms, maintain cleanliness, and support the kitchen team in various tasks. You are enthusiastic, committed, and have a positive attitude. You understand the importance of cleanliness and food hygiene and are ready to take on general washing up and cleaning duties. You can work efficiently under pressure, especially during the busy lunchtime service. Your ability to work as part of a team and maintain good relationships with students, staff, and visitors is essential. Experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
