Catering Assistant job summary

The successful candidate will be a member of the Catering Team and duties will include:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of hot and cold fool and beverages
• Use kitchen equipment for food preparation
• Undertake cleaning and washing up as directed in the kitchen and serving areas
• Follow food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen in accordance with health and safety, food hygiene and COSSH regulations at all times
• Assist in proper storage and stock control of materials and foodstuff
• Operate the cashless register
