Catering Assistant job summary

Catering Assistant – Term Time Only

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join our central catering team, working across sites in Didcot.

Hours: 11:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday

Contract: Term time only (15 hours per week)

Pay: Grade 2, Point 2 – £23,656 FTE (approx. £8,019 per year)

This role includes food prep, cleaning, till operation, and supporting smooth kitchen service. Experience in catering or retail is a plus, and training will be provided.

Locations: Didcot Girls’ School & St Birinus School mainly and on an odd occasion the local Ridgeway Education Trust primary schools.
