What skills and experience we're looking for
We have a vacancy for a Catering Manager to work within Cherry Tree Academy in Colchester.
We need someone who is flexible, patient,a team player, can work at a fast pace and remain calm under pressure.
The successful candidate should:
- Be able to manage and lead a small Catering Team
- Supervise the preparation, cooking and serving of healthy school meals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be able to place orders, complete food safety records and monthly stock counts.
Applicants should hold relevant qualifications to NVQ Level 3 in Catering, ensuring the operational efficiency, planning, preparation and presentation of food and beverages to the required standard within the budget limitations as agreed with the school management.
