What skills and experience we're looking for
ideally candidates should hold the Level 3 Food Safety Certificate, although training will be given. Applicants should have experience of working in a similar environment, and be capable of supervising and motivating staff. They should have a strong culinary background and be motivated by providing the best possible food and service to students, staff and visitors.
Duties include preparing an average of 90-100 meals per day, food ordering, monthly stock takes and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen.
