Intake Primary Academy has an exciting opportunity for a Catering Manager to join their team!
Your Role:
- Lead and Manage: Oversee teams of Cooks and Catering Assistants, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of catering operations and services.
- Maintain Quality: Monitor the quality of food and service, ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction while working within a budget.
- Organise and Multitask: Effectively manage workload, multitask, and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for the school.
About You:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
- Great communication skills, able to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
- Strong team working skills, including communication and prioritisation.
- Experience working in professional kitchens.
