Catering Manager job summary
We are seeking an innovative Catering Manager who will support the school vision through creating an exciting, nutritious and highly valued catering provision across the school. The post holder will lead an effective catering team to deliver high quality catering across all outlets and at all social times, in addition to supporting external events/lettings.
This is a permanent post for 37 hours per week and 42 weeks per year (term time plus an additional 3 weeks during the school holidays). The working pattern is 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 15:30 on Fridays.
Applicants must have experience of a large-scale catering operation and/or a relevant catering qualification. Good standards of personal appearance and hygiene are essential. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety within the dining and kitchen areas to ensure an effective service.
