Contract: Permanent

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Working pattern: 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday (can be flexible with timings for the right candidate).

Salary: Pathway 2, £18,944.19 - £20,177.05 (FTE £25,185 - £26,824)

Are you passionate about education & eager to make a difference in young learners’ lives? 

Can you provide compassionate support for pupils, in support in the functions of Careers Provision?  

If so, join our team of teaching assistants who want to make a difference to our students!

Your role:

As a CEIAG Administrator, you’ll work alongside the CEIAG Lead to develop and support the function of Careers Provision within the Academy.

Your role will be varied and impactful from sharing careers information with students, staff, parents and carers through internal newsletters, the website and social media to conducting career Interviews with all Year 10 and 11 students to offer information, advice and guidance on their next steps after leaving Year 11 and maintaining accurate records on destination data for current and previous Year 11 students.

You have strong communication skills, a flexible and reliable approach, and a genuine dedication to students career provision. You’ll need GCSEs in Maths and English, and willingness to undertake Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development
