What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an individual with strong person-centred values and a proven ability to develop relationships with students and colleagues in order to support the delivery of high-quality administration and school operations. This includes a key role in the day-to-day running of the Enterprise Works Centre, and high-level administrative functions regarding data and finance systems, human resources and processes for public examinations.

This role will be based at our Enterprise Works campus: a new and exciting centre of excellence that brings together a number of local special schools and the Nexus MAT central team under one roof – an innovative partnership that facilitates the best possible provision and opportunities for all our young people. You will relish being a key figure in the office and “front of house” team, providing a welcoming and professional service to all Centre users.
