The CEO will provide clear, ambitious leadership, ensuring that our vision and values are translated into outstanding outcomes for all children across our academies. Central to this role is the leadership of a Trust governed by Church of England Articles of Association.

The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding and protecting the Foundation of our Church of England schools, ensuring that the Trust’s Christian distinctiveness is woven into its strategic direction and daily life. You will ensure robust systems and structures are in place to deliver both immediate priorities and long-term objectives, while maintaining full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
