What skills and experience we're looking for
Experience of organising and engaging in Catholic or Church of England liturgical experiences
Experience of working with children of relevant age in a learning environment
4 GCSE’s at grade A* to C, including English and Maths or equivalent
Excellent numeracy / literacy skills
Relevant additional qualifications commensurate with the role
Excellent IT skills
Various styles and approaches to worship
Working knowledge of biblical scripture and its application to everyday life
A sensitivity and understanding of the traditions of the Catholic and Church of England churches
Ability to organise, lead and motivate a team
Willing to constantly improve own practice / knowledge through self-evaluation and learning from others
Ability to relate well to children and adults
Ability to work constructively as part of a team
Confident in leading of worship to a range of audiences
Ability to self-evaluate
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Confident as a communicator
Demonstrate a commitment to Equal Opportunities
