Subject specific responsibilities: • Delivery of high quality teaching and learning in Science at KS3 and KS4 • Teaching only your specialist science subject at GCSE The subject specific responsibilities assigned to any individual will be determined by the leaders of the school to meet the needs of the school and Trust at any given time. All teachers within the school may be directed by the leaders to undertake any teaching duties as required to meet the needs of the students. Teachers may also be expected to teach outside of their specialism subject to the requirements of the curriculum. The national Teachers’ Standards also apply to this role. The role holder will be expected to undertake any additional duties that are reasonably requested.
