Are you an exceptional financial leader ready to make a real impact? Aletheia Academies Trust is seeking an outstanding CFO to join our dynamic Executive Team.
As a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Trustees, you will provide high-quality leadership, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the Trust continues to deliver exceptional outcomes for its 10,000+ pupils.
You will make a difference to the lives of children and young people by ensuring Aletheia remains financially secure and operationally effective. This is a high-profile and influential role, central to shaping the future of the Trust.
You will be leading a substantial team of motivated professionals and will need to be committed to their current and future development, and the continual improvement of services.
You will be focussed on building excellent relationships with budget holders and budget managers throughout the Trust, and ensuring they all have the best available information, processes and tools to deliver excellence.
Critically, you will be a skilled and experienced strategic planner, comfortable with working with the CEO and the Board, and a team player with Management Team colleagues in delivering shared objectives.
In essence, we seek a professional who will combine strategic insight with practical financial expertise; someone who leads by example, developing a culture of accountability and collaboration.
