What skills and experience we're looking for
An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Family Support Worker to work with children and their families during these challenging times. To start as soon as possible.
This is a varied role that focusses in particular on supporting the Designated Safeguarding Leader in promoting the safety and wellbeing of our children and their families.
The job purpose is to ensure effective advice, guidance and support for families, children and young people in order to encourage engagement, raise standards, aspirations and facilitate academic progress.
You will have experience of making referrals, undertaking home visits and providing practical help and support to families.
