Class Teacher 0.5 Lower KS2 job summary

Required for 1st November 2021, the Headteacher and the Governing Body wish to appoint a teacher who is committed, enthusiastic, imaginative and can demonstrate excellent teaching and learning in a mixed age class of year 3 and 4 children. We are looking for someone who: -appreciates the challenges of working within a small school environment -has high expectations and is able to inspire and motivate pupils, resulting in high quality learning and progress -is able to plan exciting and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN, in a mixed-age class. -has good communication skills and is able to work well with colleagues, parents and outside agencies to support teaching and learning for all pupils, including those with SEN -has proven subject leadership skills, or is keen to develop their subject leadership skills within the areas of Computing and another foundation subject area; please specify your strengths and/or interests in the leadership of any specific foundation subjects in your application.
