What we need

We are looking for ambitious and dynamic teachers that are dedicated about providing the highest quality education to learners with special educational needs so that they achieve the best possible outcome for their future journey. Experience of working with children with special educational needs is desirable, yet we welcome the transferable skills and knowledge that mainstream practitioners can bring to the role.

The core purpose of the role will be:

  • To teach classes/groups of pupils ensuring that planning, recording, assessment and reporting meet the complex needs of the learners
  • To provide a high quality educational experience for all pupils
  • Contribute to constructive team building amongst staff, families and members of the wider Trust
  • Maintain positive ethos and core values of the school and Trust
