Why This Role MattersAs a Class Teacher at Witney Community, you will lead a classroom environment defined by calm and focused learning. You aren’t just delivering a curriculum; you are helping children build the resilience and creativity they need to thrive. Whether you are using our outdoor spaces for practical investigation or guiding a child through a challenging task, your role is to ensure every pupil feels safe, articulate, and ready to succeed.
