Whilst support during the initial stages of your career if vital, PDET recognise that continuous professional development is essential to maintain standards and achievements for our pupils and maintain confidence and challenge in our staff. Consequently, continual opportunities are sustained throughout your career with PDET, whereby access to leadership secondments, transfers and training can be provided, alongside the opportunity to work across more than one school, of which we have a great variety, ranging from small village schools to large urban schools.

We are a small enough to know our pupils really well, yet big enough to be able to participate in some of the large events that really help to build our pupil’s character. We are tucked away in the beautiful village of Ryhall, and we have the most wonderful facilities to support our curriculum. In our extensive outdoor area, we have a beautiful wildlife garden that hosts our bird watching observatory, mini beast hotels, and reflection space, a trim-trail, games pitch, outdoor stage and vegetable gardens.
