• well-organised and flexible
• a team-player, dedicated to success for all
• exacting in their expectations of everyone, including themselves
• able to communicate accurately and effectively
• ready to contribute, beyond the classroom, to the life of the school
In return, we can offer:
• the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward-looking MAT (Learn-AT)
• fantastic children
• warm, welcoming staff
• supportive, encouraging parents
• committed and hardworking Governors
• a fabulous site and learning environment
• extensive professional development, grounded in educational research

Commitment to safeguarding
Learn-AT will ensure that all recruitment is subject to safer recruitment procedures to allow for a robust, transparent and equal process of making sure all people employed in the trust are suitable to work with children.
The Trust creates a culture of safe recruitment and adopts recruitment procedures that help deter, reject or identify people who might abuse children. It will make decisions about the suitability of prospective employees/volunteers based on checks and evidence obtained throughout the recruitment and selection process.
