What skills and experience we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• has experience or a strong interest in SEMH and behaviours

• has secure knowledge of the national curriculum – and are aspirational • has the ability to plan fun, engaging lessons for a range of needs, levels and interests

• has emotional intelligence, is patient and kind

• has excellent communication skills

• can manage behaviour positively and consistently

• can confidently lead and manage a class team.

• can support and inspire teaching colleagues as part of their subject leadership role.
