About Hollymount School

Hollymount is a happy, welcoming school in the heart of Worcester, with an inclusive ethos and diverse school population. Every child is valued, without discrimination, on the grounds of gender, ethnicity, culture or disability. We want children to enjoy school and work in partnership with parents, to enable children to reach their full potential both academically and socially. We have around 400 pupils between the ages of 2 and 11. We also have a nursery which welcomes children for funded places ages 2 - 4.

As part of The Black Pear Trust, we are committed to growing excellent learning communities together, with collaboration and shared values at the heart of our work.

Our school is guided by the Trust's core values: Pride, Excellence, Achievement, and Respect. These principles shape our curriculum, our relationships, and our expectations, ensuring that every child is supported to thrive both academically and personally. We believe in fostering a culture where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore their potential.

The Role

  • Bring warmth, integrity, and high expectations to the classroom

You will be joining a school where staff work closely together, supported by a leadership team that prioritises wellbeing, development, and a shared vision for excellence. Our curriculum is designed to be broad, balanced, and rooted in real-life experiences, helping children to connect learning with the world around them.

What we offer

  • A values-led school culture shaped by the Black Pear Trust ethos
