Perry Court Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our thriving team. We are looking for an inspiring practitioner with high expectations, strong classroom practice and a genuine passion for nurturing children’s learning and wellbeing. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative staff team committed to providing an inclusive, ambitious curriculum and the very best outcomes for every pupil. This role is ideal for both ECTs and experienced teachers who are keen to develop their practice within a forward‑thinking academy.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Create a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment
- Assess, track and report on pupil progress to inform teaching and learning
- Adapt teaching to support SEND, EAL and disadvantaged pupils
- Uphold safeguarding, behaviour and wellbeing expectations at all times
Pay range: MPS - £32,916.00 - £45,352.00
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in subject specialism
- Qualified teacher status or recognised equivalent
- Effective classroom management
- Ability to support staff and students in maintaining high standards
- Ability to encourage students in developing self-esteem and respect for others
