At Avanti Meadows, we are looking for a Class Teacher who can bring learning to life while maintaining high expectations for both achievement and behaviour. You will guide pupils through their learning journey with care and clarity, using assessment and insight to help them move forward with confidence.

- Create a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment, maintaining high expectations for behaviour, conduct, and relationships.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners to support pupil wellbeing, achievement, and the wider life of the school.

What are we looking for?
- Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
- Able to work independently, collaboratively and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents and carers
- Ability to create and maintain professional working relationships
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
