Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Class Teacher
An exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher to join a supportive and inspiring primary school environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, holistic education that motivates children to become lifelong learners while promoting wellbeing, safeguarding, and a love of reading.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
- Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
- Promote positive behaviour and outstanding pastoral care
- Work collaboratively with support staff, colleagues, and families
- Contribute to the wider school community and ethos
- Develop subject leadership experience through shadowing and curriculum support
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times
- A committed and enthusiastic ECT with a passion for education
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A creative and reflective teaching approach
