Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Class Teacher

An exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher to join a supportive and inspiring primary school environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, holistic education that motivates children to become lifelong learners while promoting wellbeing, safeguarding, and a love of reading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
  • Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
  • Promote positive behaviour and outstanding pastoral care
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, colleagues, and families
  • Contribute to the wider school community and ethos
  • Develop subject leadership experience through shadowing and curriculum support
  • Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times
