We are looking for a committed and reflective Early Years Class Teacher who shares our belief that education is a powerful driver of opportunity and growth, starting from the very earliest stages. Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that support all pupils to make strong progress
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes wellbeing, behaviour and engagement
- Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and next steps
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support learning and development
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment, development and improvement activities
