We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our team at Tudor Grange Primary Academy - Meon Vale from September 2026. Working as part of a supportive and driven staff team, you will create a calm, inclusive and engaging classroom where every child feels safe, known and ready to learn.

You will deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, providing a broad and well-structured curriculum that promotes curiosity, resilience and strong academic outcomes. Through effective assessment and responsive teaching, you will use what you know about your pupils to adapt learning, address misconceptions and ensure all children make good progress.

The successful candidate will promote high standards of behaviour through clear routines, strong relationships and consistent practice, contributing to the school’s calm and purposeful learning environment. You will place a strong emphasis on positive behaviour, ensuring pupils understand expectations and are supported to succeed.

You will play a key role in supporting all learners, including those with additional needs, working closely with colleagues, the SENCo and families to ensure every child can access the curriculum and thrive.

This role requires a strong commitment to safeguarding, collaboration and ongoing professional development. You will contribute positively to the wider life of the school, supporting our shared ambition to continue building a school at the heart of its community where both pupils and staff can flourish.

Tudor Grange Primary Academy - Meon Vale is a growing school serving its local and wider community in a new housing development. Over time, the school will grow to a two-form entry setting.
