Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Health professionals all work with Teachers and Teaching Assistants to support pupils’ individual development. We have a host of therapeutic facilities on site such as a soft play, sensory room, IMAX suite, gym and therapist rooms.

Hexham Priory School is an OUTSTANDING special school. School Leaders are keen to appoint the best candidate who will be deployed to teach based on their individual skills and experience.

Experience of working with children with special educational needs is essential. The candidate will be expected to teach pupils whose ability levels are below age-related expectations.
