What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • Be skilful in planning to meet the needs of all learners in a mixed ago class.
  • Be dedicated to raising standards and removing barriers to learning for pupils with the ability to challenge each pupil from whatever their starting point.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, able to be a proactive part of the team and build effective relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
  • Have a sense of humour, smile for all situations and be willing to go the extra mile when needed.
  • Have strong subject knowledge across the curriculum and be able to lead on aspects of the core and or foundation subject curriculum
