  • Champion and strengthen the school and Trust’s inclusive ethos, enabling every pupil to feel deeply known, genuinely valued and empowered to achieve their very best.
  • Inspire through the consistent modelling and promotion of our core values of Ambition, Courage and Empathy, nurturing strong moral character, compassion for others and a profound sense of purpose.
  • Cultivate a vibrant and connected community by fostering trusting, positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, carers and the wider parish, and by contributing to partnerships that enrich and extend school life.
  • Play an active role in shaping and sustaining the school’s identity as a Church school, upholding SIAMS expectations and supporting the spiritual growth and wellbeing of all pupils.
  • Inspire personal endeavour and responsibility, enabling children to develop resilience, independence and a lasting pride in their achievements.

  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive and caring team.
  • Will embrace and actively contribute to the Christian ethos of the school.

We Offer:

A warm, nurturing school community grounded in strong, shared values.

Happy, motivated and enthusiastic pupils who are eager to learn and thrive.

A supportive and collaborative staff team, led by leaders who actively champion professional growth and development.
