We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, and innovative Class Teachers to join our team. You will support pupils with a wide range of educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning that meets the individual needs of pupils, ensuring progress and equality of opportunity.

Build positive, respectful relationships with pupils, treating them with dignity and maintaining professional boundaries.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers, and external professionals to support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Promote and safeguard the welfare of pupils at all times, following school policies and statutory guidance.

Contribute to the ethos, vision, and growth of the Satellite Centre, supporting the development of a welcoming, inclusive, and aspirational environment.


Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching at relevant key stages.

Knowledge and understanding of strategies to meet the individual needs of pupils, including differentiation, behaviour management, and personalised learning approaches.

Awareness of statutory requirements regarding Safeguarding, Child Protection, Equal Opportunities, and Health & Safety.
